Dr. João Meira Neto, Dr. Fernando Valladares and Dr. Jorge Curiel Yuste from UFV and CSIC have initiated collaboration in several projects of ecosystem functioning of Atlantic Forest and Cerrado. The colaboration is resut of the João Meira Neto's stay of six months in Madrid (scholarship from CNPq).
